Header Coating

I am running a fairly modified 429 and have a set of Sanderson Headers on it in my 55 Ford pickup. My question is has anyone had their headers coated and do they really drop the amount of heat and increase horsepower as some of the companies claim? Also, if you have who did you use to coat your headers?

Coating your headers will help with thermal management and keep them looking good for years to come. Especially SS headers. If anyone tells you that you'll feel any "noticeable HP" in your butt dyno, they've bumped their head.
