where did you get them from? how many watts are they?

 

Not sure what you think about chrome/polished metal look, but Lund makes (made?) a stainless steel version of a hood deflector...model was "Interceptor Stainless Steel":



I went through three of the "ABS" plastic ones on my Expedition ("ABS" = "All Broke to S#!t"?). I replaced it with the Interceptor Stainless model and heard quite a few "PING!"s (rocks) that I assume would have shattered the old ABS models but only bounced off of the Stainless model.

Hard to find for SDs or Excursions, but they are still out there. IF you like that "chrome" look on the front that is.

I think the EXpy uses the same goo powered mirror if you want to find one for cheap at a parts yard. It also looks like your factory rubberbabybumpers on the slapper bars (traction bars) are kaput. I would check to see if Energy Suspensions has a single bolt mount bump stop bumper in RED to replace them.
I think Rudolph looks super badass with the painted grille and bumpers, nice work!

 

I went with FTE sponsor ATS springs, I looked at x v b and whatever else and did not feel comfortable finding matches, using old springs from another truck. I know exactly what I have and what to expect.

Used a friend's lift to complete the job, hope I don't have to do that again.

 

Originally I had no intention of changing the grill, but... after driving one night with the headlights and being disappointed with the output of usable light I started with cleaning the headlights.

Then changing the bulbs and then generally not pleased with the look of the three piece/two section headlight/parking/reflector OE set up I found these:

HID Xenon + 99-04 Ford F250 F350 Superduty LED Crystal Headlights - Black

Ford Paintable 05-07 Super Duty/Excursion Grille Fits 99-04

 

Remove the grid section of the grill and the Blue Oval.

Two primer coats (red tint)

Four base color coats (Toreador Red)

Three clear coats

Reassemble

 

That was taken before the new springs and just last week new shocks.

After seeing the grill all fresh I started looking for an '08 rear bumper I hit the jackpot same guy selling the '08 rear also had a '99-'04 SD front bumper so my plan of not changing the header panel was going to work out.

My old chrome front was dinged in nine different places so with a new grill the old bumply bumper was gone. With the front bumper off it's time to update the Fog lights also.

 

If Ford uses the tail lights on the E Series van next model year (2015) they will have used the exact same tail light for 20 years. I wanted something unique and definitely different from a 20 year old E Series van.

So many new vehicles are utilizing LED for DRL and Tail lights when I saw these http://www.mkmcustoms.com/redledtail...excursion.aspx it was a no brainer because I am not a fan of the Altezza Euro style and other aftermarket type lens.
