Yes I would say it's a dump bed by the box being raised up which is noticeable at the front " gap to running board " and the rear fenders " just covered by the running board " I had a 47 gmc that looked identical .
...It is getting up to melting point here during the day....and as you can see...no snow. Very unusual winter for us. Normally we are well into the minus temperatures and those trucks should be buried in snow. But we are keeping in mind that winter is not over yet and our normal could hit over night. Mean while, we enjoy it.
Stan. .........
A 53 F350 flatbed beverage truck with door art? And a script bed? Better go and offer them some money!
I kind of want it, now that I've stopped to look at it. Just because I don't have the time or the money for another project doesn't mean I shouldn't own it.

It looks in great shape, has the stock grille Guard, still has the spare tire holder, the original mirror arms, and even most of the rack hardware!
Decent looking truck there! All of the stakes are there for the script bed. They are the hardest part to find.
It has column shift, is that normal for an F350?
Cool truck, Mark
