If you want to be added to the list for attendance, just PM me the info and I'll add you. As Richard said, just copy, paste and add your name to the food list and if you want go on the mountain ride, just say so. The list just helps in planning the food and keep a rough count on the number we are expecting to have. The link to the list I am working on is my signature, the pot luck meal list in in the above post.

It's ready, but I wasn't even sure whether to do it or not. Last few years didn't get much interest in it, but I sure can if you want to do it.

 

I wouldn't mind having it just in case i had some trouble on my way to or from RRE.

 

I'll try and get it together and out to the ones that provided their numbers.

There seems to be a question as to how a Pot Luck/Covered dinner works. Basically, if everyone brings something, a dish, a cake,drinks or whatever that will feed your family or group, plus enough to feed that many more, we should have plenty of food. On the other hand, if only a few brings food and a bunch shows up, we will run out of food. If you are by yourself, team up with a friend and buy a bucket of chicken or a tub of potatoe salad or a couple of 2 liter drinks. It's still cheaper than buying a burger at a fast food place and the food will be so much better. I know a lot of you won't be able to cook as you won't have access to a stove or grill, but if you want to be sure and get something to eat, please try and bring something.
