When you don't have hours and hours to cook ribs, this, works pretty well.
Weber.com - Foil-Wrapped Baby Back Ribs
I put my rub on the ribs about 3 hours after cleaning and double wrap them in foil.
Cook for 1 hour, turning every 15 minutes. They come out nice and caramelized. After opening them up, and letting them rest for about 10 minutes, they go back on with the BBQ sauce.
I'm not watching the game, so Wifepoo has Shrek on the DVD player.

I know there was some talk about a GTG sometime in June/July? Has that been decided at all?

Yup! Two Chief Puddle Pirates in my family. Me, and my middle daughter who enlisted 1 year after I retired. Right now, she is the Engineering Officer of an 87 foot patrol boat - CGC Sea Devil out of Kitsap. They escort the boomers in and out of the Straights up by Seattle.
