Don't suppose the boss has a spare TNW laying around. Talked to Terry, my boat mech guru today. He says that he thinks it would be smart if I don't spend the money to fix the boat, but rather use it to buy another. He thinks I've more than gotten my money out of the this one and it is time to move on. Problem is, there is no real good answer on what to do with the existing boat..............not near as many salvage buyers around as there used to be.

 

I would say, in it's condition you won't get much on the open market............trade-in material?

How about a nice new 19ft Alumaweld sled with 150hp Mercury outboard jet-pump?
Adding rivers to your AO is a good thing.

 

I'd have to sell my house and my wife to be able to get that alumaweld and I'd have to sell the ranch to get a North River. I'm a retired cop not a lawyer remember?

 

Yeah, I know...........I still run out of money before I run out of month.

I know! Long time no post. Man life was crazy there for a while, but everything's calm now after the big D and buying a new house etc. (I now live in Lebanon) Also, through a friend I found a really cool 66' F250! Haven't brought it home yet. Did some trading and what not and basically it's a straight up trade for some fab work. Feels good to have a ford again! Now if I could get rid of that darn dodge I have! Look forward to being back on the Forum!
