I'm a late '73 vintage and grew up in a '78 F250 4x4 that dad bought new. I still have my 1st truck, a '76 F250 4x4 (24 year long project and counting...) & hopefully not my last, but I also have my '79 F350 4x4 that's been with me since '05.
__Sure is a lot of young guys on here , that's good , we need to keep these trucks alive . Mine was born in 73 and i was born in 41 , but i do have a car older than me .____Jim.
mine is a class of '75, i got it by 2 years. other vehicles now that is a different story...(wait, just picked up a parts 2wd f250 of the about 73 vintage...got a 360 or 390 in it that needs a good home...haven't been able to check the stroke yet)
have 8 different vehicles at last count...
I have five trucks from 1937 to 1977. I am older than all but the 1937. I was born in 1940. I did strike me that a bunch of you that rung in are just kids compared to me. and I think that is just a great thing to see such enthusiasm from the younger set!
