1996 acceleration problems
I have a 1996 i-6 100,000 miles. Not too long ago the check engine light came on, no running problems at the time. Had the codes taken from a repair shop (411-sai system, 420-bank 1 cat efficiency below limit, 1151 ho2 bank 1 lean, 174 system lean bank 2) So they (said) they checked the o2 sensors and they were within limit. Cleared the codes and light went off for about a week. Then It would run rough until I would floor it and then seem to run smooth again. Now it only idles smooth, when I drive it it is like it is being restricted and flooring it wont clear it up. HELP HELP HELP by the way, I have a new catalitic converter so I know thats not the problem
