Might be. Do a pressure test. Is it using coolant?

Could be an injector. Try getting a can of the injector cleaner that hooks into the fuel rail, and see if that helps

Random: if I were to get duals for the Expy - would they be bent similar to duals for an F150? Trying to figure how to explain to the pipe shop...

I guess it depends on the look you want, Bill.

Mine split at the muffler, then come straight back, then right pipe is almost like stock.
Left pipe takes a hard turn after the rear, then another hard turn at the frame.

Both pipes are outside the hitch

If I do it, I want side exits behind each wheel. The only "pre packaged" thing I see is a dual run that exits at the stock location.

Those, and mine are straight back. You'll have to have what you want fabricated probably

I'll look into trying that Charlie. Thanks. I'll have to ask about the anti-freeze.

Here's a something to look at. You can have the tails bent to exit behind the tires.

That's similar to what I have Scott.
Got a set on the 94, the 95, and had a set on the 86. They are holding up fine. Going straight out the back is ok on a pickup, but he may want them bent to the sides incase he runs with his rear window down

Thanks Scott - will look at it more thoroughly at home. Might be an option too.

No problem. I'm always looking for a lower budget way of doing things (ok, I'm cheap).

I want turn downs just for a different and pseudo-stock look...the window doesn't roll down.
