I just bought a 2' stick of the 3" boot material, then cut it up in 3" long pieces and even used that on the 3.25" side of my 6.0 IC. I just had to stuff it up on there

Silicone Hose
They also have reducing boots and clamp. About whatever you need to do your IC.

I put that 3" boot on the 3.25" outlet of the IC.........I don't think you could blow that one off with dynamite!!! LOL!!!
