Roush exhaust/intake

Anybody have any experience with roush? What kind of hp numbers will I get with roush intake and exhaust? Have 4000 km on my f-150 with the 6.2 and love it! Gets about 20 mpg where ever I go!

I put the roush intake and did a straight pipe exhaust on my 6.2 f 250. It made a just barely noticable improvement. Sounds much better.
