Thanks mate, found the plate, decodes to 1960. Any thoughts on the rear window configuration?

Installed steering stabilizer and truck feels really good, steering arm is next. When I jump on gas it wants to steer left and when I let off it wants to go right. Kinda odd. It is really close and I have been driving it around town to break everything in, get used to it.

Do you know if the inner fenders are supposed to be black?

Do you know what color inner fenders are supposed to be? I could not find that anywhere. My truck is corinthian white and skymist blue. I was planning on painting all under hood white, but would like to do whatever it was from factory.

My understanding is that all inner fenders from the factory were painted a semi-gloss black.

The firewall is part of the cab so, from the factory, the firewall was painted the same color as the cab.

I hope to have mine running in early June. It won't be painted, but I hope to have it on the road. KYFC

I am not an expert, but your truck appears to have been build with a factory Tu-Tone paint scheme. Based upon that assumption, the hood, firewall, cowl air vent intake and the top of the dash board would have been white. The picture below illustrates what I am talking about. The inside of your bed should be light blue in color.

If it had whitewalls spiders. Black walls I like the hubcaps. But do whatever you like, It's your truck. Looking good. Did you bend the steering arm?

Thanks for feedback. Went to bend arm today and acetylene tank had leak at connector, will swap it on Monday and bend to correct position.
