The paint scheme has to be the biggest question. I would think all passenger cars would be in Amtrak colors nowadays.
Maybe UP execs still travel by rail. I would think most of the places they might visit would be rail-accessible.
Some research on rail-fan sites might reveal something.....

I knew I should have taken a picture of them. I went by there today, but no sign of them. They did not look like Amtrak cars, but it could have been the paint scheme that threw me off. It was like they were painted to match the locomotives pulling them. And again, the only one with the glass roof/bubble was the center one. They pulled out of the yard heading north, so maybe they were in Pomona. If I remember, I'll go over on Monday and see if I can find someone who knows something about them.

Went by the yard today to see if I could find anything unusual, and noticed a red/white/blue San Joaquin Valley locomotive, but could not get turned around quick enough and it hid between the large lines of rolling stock. So I took this shot of some locos while waiting.
Only thing different about these is they have the American flag on them, the others in the yard did not.

Alaska RR has original Dome cars, some of the diesel loco's, rolling stock and Dome cars are owned by the cruise lines (Holland-America/Royal Caribbean/Princess and etc).
AK Cruise/Tours: Tour AKRR begins in Anchorage to Talkeetna to Denali to Fairbanks, or vice versa.
There another: AK/YK Cruise/Tour: Vancouver to Juneau to Skagway, WP&YRR (White Pass & Yukon RR) Skagway to Fraser BC, motorcoach from Fraser to White Horse/Dawson City Yukon.
Motorcoach from Dawson City to Tok/Fairbanks, AKRR Fairbanks to Denali to Anchorage. Cruise/Tour can be taken in reverse.
"Hey look, there's a porcupine!" Sitting behind the driver, I became the unofficial spotter, everyone on the coach heard me, possible some in Skagway did too!
Excepting Bald Eagles, the first wildlife seen (May 22, 2013) on the Alaskan (formerly ALCAN) Highway just after the coach entered Yukon.

UP's Big Boy No. 4014
Hi everyone,
As many of you might already know, UP 4014 will be moving to Wyoming. Along the way it will be displayed. First in Covina then in Colton.
If you have never seen a steam locomotive then this will be a great opportunity. Please follow the link to see the schedule and more information.
I work for Union Pacific as a machinist at the Colton Yard so I will definitely check it out.
