SCT tuner for 1997 F350
I've read the threads on opinions of which tuner is best and who does what tuning, but I'm looking for a more specific answer on this.

Has anyone used the SCT tuner on an OBS 7.3L with or without mods?

Yes I have, without mods and with. I used it for a couple of years and it was OK but the chips are the way to go in my opinion.
