I was sitting here on the couch this morning surfing the forum and heard something. Looked down beside me and there was our little female cat - snoring. Only cat we've ever had that snores when she's comfortable/warm/sleeping.
An hour or so later, when I was feeding them some treats (first treaties - second treaties come when my wife gets up an hour or so later) I saw something else I've never seen before. We've had the brother and sister from the same litter since they still had the blue "kitten" eyes. He's twice her size and she rules him. Many mornings she hogs down here treats in a bowl and still hurries over to get one or two of his treats I've tossed to him. Not this morning. He got his and the went over and got some of her treats. In almost 10 years I've never seen him take food away from her, let alone the little treats. I don't know if he was just unexpectedly brave or what.
You just never know.
