same here. i've been reading about these for a looong time now, and feel pretty confident. they're half the price of a new one, but its still alot of money to spend, and its definitely not my style to buy something unless i've researched reviews up and down. but everything i read says they have good manners (the tread looks just like the goodyear MTR, but on a smaller scale.. voids are smaller).
we'll see.

I forgot to mention on here, knowing that we have a few Silver Lake people that hang out here.
Sid Smith, owner of Sunchasers, passed away of a sudden heart attack Saturday. From what I know now there will be a serivce up north this week and the talk is to have a memorial service in Lansing sometime in the future.
For those that didn't know him, he was an avid dune fanatic, promoter of many activities (Applefest being one of the biggest), told some of the best stories, and was in general a great guy. He will be missed.
