Did you guys see the wrecks in the truck race last night, wow

 

Well, here we are at another weekend.
The wife is secretly( not very ) over joyed that we didn't go to get the truck this weekend.
She would have missed her races.
So even though our taxes have been filed for 4 weeks, the IRS didn't start looking at anything with student loans until Feb 14.
Hoping to have it early next week but who F-in knows at this point.

I hope everyone has a great weekend, I will spend mine catching up on homework.

Donna, we will keep them in our thoughts. Keep us updated.

YEAH! It's Sleep-in Saturday! (yah, right) Have a good day today whatever your plans are.

We're making a run into into Fernley for some more hay & then the other direction, into Carson City for frozen bloodworms/fishfood for our elephant nose & gaurami at Jan's Tropics, & then to Lowe's for a new shower curtain rod (kids broke it) & wood pellets. It's going to be a long day.

Thanks for the thoughts & prayers! My adopted dad, Doug is back home now & he's doing better. They never did quite figure out what was wrong with him though. I haven't heard anything on our freind, Mike or my Uncle Don yet. So, please keep the well wishes coming. I'll update you as I know more.

Good morning all. Ok, so it's 12:40 already... how'd that happen?

Hey Gigger-man, that makes you realize how unstable those trucks are at 200 mph, yes? I decided last night that I never want to drive a truck that fast.

Have to change a window regulator in my wife's car. Daunting at first view, but not nearly as bad as it looks. I had some broken plastic parts but ended up buying the whole assembly because I would have been running all over the place to get the broken pieces. Nobody had all that I needed. I figured that $100 now sounded better than driving 200 miles and spending all that time.

I also have a coolant drip from my Wrangler... I reused a factory hose clamp, I'm betting that is the problem.

OK, well the Daytona 500 had to be one of the most boring races I have seen in ages.
What is the point of 500 miles if you only plan to race for 5-10.
