2007 MKX Heated seats not working
Has anyone else had to try to figure out why the heated\cooled seats dont work in an MKX?
The lights turn on for a few seconds and go out. Checked all fuses, under hood and under dash.
Looked in the manaul and they refer to a filter for the seats, and also a few other sections in maintenance but i'm not able to find where. I found an article online that said the filter of the passenger side is behind the glove box, but i kinda need to find both i guess. i looked under the seats and couldnt find it, but see a milllion wires and plugs.
The other item that has me wondering is there is a note in the manual that says if the rpms' get below 350 it turns them off. so there must be some type of sensor, or maybe just the pcm controls this.
If anyone has a clue please let me know, my wife will sure appreciate it, seeing winter is here again in the northeast.
