Bellowed up pipes

My up pipes are leaking bad! Sorry i havent been around to help much in a while but weve been on the road a lot! Mothing has been breaking either thank god. Im wanting to do this job right with bellowed up pipes but wondering why 94 is nearly twice the price of a 99 and 94 kit doesnt even come with a new collector. Seems pretty messed up. Anyone have the international part number for them on a 94.5? Also do i even need a different collector?
Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean? If you are asking why does a 99 (aka superduty) have a different collector type? Well that is because they have a different turbo, a garett 38r, I believe. You don't need new collector if you are staying with a stock turbo.

If you get new belllowed up pipes I suggest going through RiffRaff Diesel.

Do a search on ReBilld, he made his own. I thought there was a link in the stickies but couldn't find it for you. Riffraft's are $800

94-97 PSD bellowed up pipes are the same. You can make your own like ReBilld did or buy them from RiffRaff. You don't need a different collector, the stock one works fine. I bought the IH ones from RiffRaff and they are one of the best fixes I have done. If you have the money, I would do the EBPV delete while your at it.

Yeah I am going to build my own also. I just thought I remembered them being around $550 or so, cheaper than IH's $800 but I guess not.

I wonder if one has to have the old ones and modify them or if they can create them from scratch? I know you modified yours which is probably what I will end up doing. We really need a sticky on that.

It would really be nice if you could make your first post contain all the pics and info. But if you can't/don't want to no biggie.
