Im looking at a 2004 and 2005 f250 diesel but a buddy says he thinks those years had engine problems. Was gonna go buy in a couple days but now I dunno. They both are decent mileage (50k). Should I be worried?

 

As long as you educate yourself with the 6.0, they are an awesome engine. Maintenence is key on these engines also.

Do some reading in the 6.0 section and those guys would be glad to help you out with any questions you have.
