Just the other day the A/C button on the manual climate control no longer turns on the compressor.
Ice cold air on Defrost and Defrost/Floor settings. Air comes out to proper vents so no vacuum
or door/blend door issues. Fan control works properly.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you fix it ?

If you're in a deep freeze are like most of the country the compressor doesn't run when it gets too cold.

 

The compressor will run if the temperature is above 35F, the current temperature is in the fifties.
