I know what you mean Andre'...my wife had breast cancer in the late 90's and beat it so I decided I'd rather have her around and take orders!! She still works 3 days a week or more and never stops.

Our youngest daughter had kidney cancer close to 10 yrs ago. She was living in Houston at the time and they caught it by accident..ended up with part of her kidney removed but she has been doing fine since. I had a melanoma skin cancer removed from my forehead 5 yrs ago with no problems since. Cancer is more common then you think but it can be beaten with early detection.

Yes, early detection is key. I found the tumor in my throat myself. My mom just finished treatment for uterine cancer that was caught early. It's an aggressive cancer so we thank God that it was caught early. She didn't like the chemotherapy one bit but the radiation was practically an afterthought.

Glad to hear so far so good on the cancer. Doctor wants me to try some chemo cream on my arms to see if it can reverse damage from the sun over the years. I may have to pay for this expensive cream out of pocket...they are checking now to see if its covered by my insurance. My wife also hated the chemo treatments but the radiation was no problem. Hope you and your mom do OK with the treatments.

A coworker did the chemo cream thing a few months back. Short term it wasn't pretty, but that didn't last long.

Buddy tells me that when he rides without wife or kids in the Eagle River area that he goes through a lot more singles at the bars his buddies ride to. Wakes up with headaches more often too, with a slight smell of perfume on his clothes. I have no idea what he's talking about, never been snowmobiling.

He must be riding up by Hurley then...I don't think they have any bars like that around Eagle River. I could be wrong. I haven't been to a bar that specializes in that sort of thing in decades...lol. I just like to ride during the day and have some adult beverages at night

Sad to hear about all the cancer, but glad to read the stories of success.

I'm glad I just had a knee replaced and not going through cancer treatment.

Last night wasn't quite as good as the night before, I think all of the nerve block agent that they had put in there had wore off late evening last night. I let the pain get away from me and I had a little bit of a rough night.

Sorry to hear that Tim...take the pain meds. They will allow you to rest and get strong.

when i went through my shoulder replacement in 2018 I did the same thing and it got away from me too. I found out when you're in pain your body starts dealing with that and doesn't have the extra to help you heal so take the medications and give it time. I did and my Orthopedic is quite proud of himself and my range of motion now. Couldn't lift my arm above my shoulder at all now I can throw it over my head

Well guys, the ride today was busy. But did get a few pics.

Getting up the biggest obstacle of the dat. It is near vertical!!

These folks came up behind us as we were getting all or machines up the little falls. I asked him if he wanted a winch line and he said no.. But, we waited anyway. Evidently a CanAm can’t go where a Polaris goes!!!! LOL

NOW, he will take the winch!!!!
The guy that led had a Polaris XP 1000 Rock crawler, then a General and a couple 50 inch Trail RZR’s, and I brought up the rear with my XP1000 Rock Crawler. There was quite a bit of winchinng. Took lots of time, only made 19 miles. Still a fun day though.
All have a great weekend.

Was that a four door Can Am? It looks really long, but upside down may not be the best perspective.

Yes, that is what it was. His partner had a 4 place RZR. Neither had a winch. I was a good thhing we weren’t a couple minutes further along, they could have been there a while. I ended up winching both of them up the falls.
