This is prolly a 1 page thread at most
A multi-step process that involved an accident investigation, as well as EXTENSIVE planning on how to do it without sending it through the unit and getting the plan approved by management at our company. Additionally, they brought out two large cranes to do the job and had to get them setup properly.
Hey Tim, is this for me? We are looking at several areas in the south, but Ia m quite partial to Lake Guntersville so that is a good possibility. I love, love, love fishing the TN river system. TX is also in the running.
That's pretty heavy Trent. I had to use the interweb to convert to pounds so I could see just how much. 9,017 lbs or so. Lots of heavy suspension and tires? Still worth it though for the function and look.
Paul, glad you made it through the weather ok. Sorry about your neighbors, but glad all survived. Hope your visit with the paw doc goes well.
They uprighted the crane today.

Thankfully, there was no further incident related to this. Now, I can keep making perfume for another week and then we will have the shutdown that we planned for two weeks ago to do some much needed repairs to the reactors.

Doug , Glad to see the blue $1.99 kiddie pool lived thru the ordeal !!
Hope your work (excitement) is over for a while.
Thanks for sharing the pic's.
Pre-injury, I came down often to fish, and will again once this truck comes in. That sound alike a plan
I can't imagine being so proud of the state I live in as all you Texans are. That says a lot about the state. Lots of pride.

Good evening truckers, I still don't have very good internet. I have read through the last couple of pages. Lights, cars, trucks, security camera's and Paul's foot.
Paul, I'll keep my fingers crossed that things are looking up for your foot.
As far as cars go for our kids, times have sure changed haven't they. When I first got my license I drove my mom's Datsun station wagon around for awhile. Then I bought a 1961 unibody F100 that had been converted to 4x4 by my brother.

Paul.......Take care and be safe!
Tim, believe it or not, we stock kiddie pools in our warehouse for spill containment - among other things. The EPA gets upset when stuff hits the soil, so we try to have them handy. When the crane crashed, he had fuel leaking from one spot, and hydraulic oil leaking from a few other spots. The pool in the picture, I put there to catch a steady stream of hydraulic fluid coming from a broken line where the jib broke free of the boom. We had absorbent mats and booms, as well as kiddie pools out there. It turned out to be a bit of a mess. We actually filled that pool a few times before it finally stopped leaking. We had a vacuum truck come by every few days to suck it out. Because that is a "hazmat response tool", we will probably charge the crane company $1,000 for it and pocket the $998.01.
