I am having This site reprogram My Diablo Chip from a 2002 to a 1997 and was wondering where to locate the computer code on my 1997 F-350 Auto 7.3L PSD. I am ready to liven up My PSD. Was also wondering if it would make any changes to the Auto Trans on my truck.

To find your computer code, pull off the drivers side kick panel (held on by a couple of those barbed push tabs) and two phillips screws where it goes under the trim pieces (sill plate and A-pillar). Once that is out of the way remove the three bolts that hold the emergency brake assembly to the side panel (10 mm ?). Under that is the 'black box', there should be a label on the outside of it that has your computer code, three letters and a number.
