Evening Jersey!

Well we're coming to the end of our near 3 week trek across some amazing parts of the country!

Along the way we've met 4 fellow FTE'rs...

Sailor_Roy and Exxwhy in Yellowstone and cowboywannabe and RushmoreX last night here in Hill City South Dakota...it has been fun meeting more FTE'rs as we've met quite a few in our time on FTE!

Tomorrow we'll pull from Hill City over to the Badlands in SD...and do the obligatory stop at Wall Drug SD...even though it is a tourist trap...it is still neat to see.

Then the following 2 days we'll pull towards home and get there on Wednesday afternoon (God willing)...

We've made some more great memories...and I pray that our girls will do this someday with their families!

Our country has so many beautiful sights to see and we've seen a LOT but there are so many more to see and hopefully we'll see more of them!

Our 13 and 15 year old daughters have now stepped foot in 41 of our states!

Great pics Joe, looks like everyone there had a good time. Gerry if you leave around 0800 that should put you in the baltimore area around noon with traffic.

 

Tell me where to meet you S, some where easy for me to get to........

 

Theres alot of places Gerry. I live right in between two major highway systems here in Baltimore. Im only 10 minutes from I95. Less then that if you get off on 695. I live 5 minutes from 695. I know a good little diner we can grab a bite to eat at that is right on a main road and is also minutes from 695. I can pm the address to you.

 

Thanks Shaun and Gerry...we had a great time touring more of our country...

There has been some "b-itching" from the teenagers being away from their friends for so long...but hey...they'll get over it and I do pray that someday they will look back and realize how fortunate they were to have traveled so extensively!

Je they might complain now but when they are older and have their own families they will remember these times and want to share them.
