Mine are welded in on the highboy. Going to be a lot of fun replacing... Just ordered the worst side for now, I think I can patch the other side because it's not rusted through yet.

my front 2 mounts are rotted out.. when i pulled the factory bushings off the spot they sat on - on the perch came off with it... on both sides... i took the steel part from the mount cups on the 85 suburban and cut out the center stub along with the cupped edges... then welded them onto the perches to hold the bushings in place.. but would like to replace them with something more stable...

Might be one of those parts your just going to have to fab up for yourself. I've come across a few of those.. Not exactly the most fun thing to do, but not terrible either. I used to have the use of my high school's machine shop, so I could literally build anything. They had lathes, milling machines, welders, torches, drill presses, plasma cutters... you name it, they had it. That is the only thing I miss about high school... the shop!
