I know it is expensive stuff but Im not sure ion the brand Tim. At keast it isnt as bad as the one in my office that went up a few yrs ago. Left only 2 systems and the phones working.

Noticed something odd on my truck when I checked the timing the other day: If I put the pickup near the plug on the #1 wire, I don't get a signal, but it works fine further up the wire. Piece of sh....

Probably worth replacing it Devin. Probably should do all of em and the cap and rotor at the same time. It could explain some of your problems getting the carb tuned if its an intermittent miss.

We dont get too many issues Tim. Our IT department is spread out between several bldgs and campuses. Alot of our stuff runs great all the time. Especially for my office. I think that is where they run into the issues because my office uses alot of bandwidth 24 hrs a day.

Gonna keep the old carb on until I can get a 4bbl intake and maybe new cam.

Unfortunately, Tim. That's why I'd love to just pull the engine and give it a go-through. Of course, that would only fix any engine-related problems.
Main problem with the Holley is that crap is getting sucked up from the bottom of the gas tank and deposited on the needle seats. For some reason, the 2150 seems to cope with that better. Might be the tiny filter that screws into the carb body.
So I'll have the gas tank cleaned (or just replace it), get a new intake, new cam while I'm at it, and put the Holley back on.

I changed the VSS
Put the stock tune back in
Checked batteries and FICM voltage
Removed all aftermarket accessories
Checked every ground I could find
Pulled the GEM and cleaned
Checked every fuse and relay
Pulled hair out. Might take it to the dessert and catch it on fire.
