True, I just did my B2s A/C today, went to walmart
and picked up a retrofit kit for $30 that came with
3 cans of r-134 with the oil in it and a charging hose
and new fittings.
In less than a half hour I had nice cold air coming
out of the vents
Of course, your A/C system has to have a working
compressor and no big leaks, I had to tighten up
the hose fittings going to the compressor, we'll
see if it holds the charge good.
Now all I need to do is replace the cracked windshield
and put new back tires on and my B2 will be in
perfect condition
O.K. Guys and gals, listen up..I went to autozone and bought the retrofit kit for 17.99 and my a/c is a-rockin now.....just use a nail with an old rag to catch the r-12 and then follow the instructions and in 5 mins ..you got cold air..way cool..and i mean that.to easy
