Sure you would, haha Just kicking elves butts all day. They want to form a union and go out on strike, I'm going to have to fire them all and cancel next Christmas. And, the raindeer are protesting that they don't get enough feed. I try to explain to them if they get fat them they can't fly. These are just a few of the things I have to deal with Todd. Now I'm sure you don't want to know what I do on a daily basis, LOL
My wife has always told me that I keep to myself to much. I promise I'll try to open up more, LOL.
Way to go Bill, looks great. I'm sure you'll put it to good use.

Thanks for all the comments on the truck guys! I just got home with it a few minutes ago. I'll be honest, there were a couple of disappointments when I got there to look at it. The biggest one is it was converted to a dually with spacers, but I don't think they are like the Centurion ones. I'm gonna pull the wheels tomorrow and check it out. The other was there are afew more dings and crap in it than what you could see in the pics, but I almost expected that. The good is, it is RUST FREE and is one of the cleanest OBS trucks I've seen underneath, and I drove it 250+ miles home without one hiccup. There are a few things that need attention right away, like an oil leak that he said he thought to be the pedestal o-rings. He had the new o-rings and gave them to me along with a the original window sticker, all the paper work from Jim on the injectors, a thing similar to a Carfax that tracked the ownership and history of the truck, and a Ford Service manual on a CD. All in all it seems to be a pretty good truck with a lot of little things that need fixed (mostly cosmetic) and is a very good platform to work off of to make a very nice truck. I'll start a thread and post up some pics of my new to me truck in the morning.

i used to not care for flatbeds until i really needed a dump bed. then the flatbed started to make more sense. a flatbed dump can do the work of two trucks.
this is what i was working on until i got hurt.
it is still a work in progress.
needs paint, some electrical, A/C repair, a few vacuum lines, and a rear crash bar/ hitch assembly installed.

i finally got one step closer to finishing the dishwasher/microwave/ storage closet today by getting the counter top in over the dishwasher.
went to put the microwave in and it is 1/4 inch too wide..
34 inch wide closet, 34 1/4 inch wide microwave.
guess tomorrow i am buying a new microwave to fit in there.
hope the new one last 40 +years like this one has

Good one....you know he naps at 4, right?
Flatbeds are too cool....and very functional1 Ithink the flatbed is part of what makes this truck. To each his own though!
Yeah, I worked on cattle ranches for a few years, loading and unloading trailers, horses, hay, dogs, you name it. It just isn't possible impossible. Ask me how I know. You can keep one in fairly good condition, but if it's a real work truck, it won't happen.
