Good morning Steve...Dennis...Jim...all of Massachusetts...and...those who visit.
Looks like my day is shot...the piece of paper the cop handed me late yesterday afternoon reads as follows:
"You are required, in the name of Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to appear before the TRIAL SESSION in SUPERIOR COURT at the Court House in the County of Franklin, on Wednesday the 4th day of April, 2012 currently at 8:30 A.M. and from day to day thereafter until said action is disposed of, to testify in the matter of:
COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS
vs.
MIGUEL GUERRA III
INDICTMENT # 11-062
Oh Happy Day!!!
