Tailgate
There's a problem in the tailgate latch. Mine does it too -- I've been meaning to take it to the dealer & have it repaired... for a few months now. Never got around to it.
If you search the forum for "tailgate latch lock" you will find a thread or two from some time ago in which the solution was provided. Otherwise, take it to the dealer (if you're under warrantee like I am) and have them deal with it.
Just make sure you can reproduce the problem. I opened & closed my tailgate over & over until it would lock. Did this quite a few times to make sure I can reproduce the problem before I take it to the dealership and have to deal with them telling me they couldn't recreate the problem.
