Me too, so i drain every 6 months (never make the 5k mile mark) & havent noticed any water yet. I also have the "updated" brass plug, which i like alot better.

The more traveling we do the more I want one of those bumpers. What kind of a price?
I ended up getting both Bumper's for $1600 (ordered direct from Boondock cause i needed them "bare"), the Powder should be $350-400 & hopefully that guy will call asap.
They were supposed to be done by end of last week & i have Mon/Tue's off so iam pace'n around waiting

Nice job Mark
I did mine too but painted "copper" to match body color, easy but time consuming

I like yours being color matched. I did think about doing mine that way but since my little bumper is black I went the traditional route.

Did the door seal mod. Sure tightens up those doors.

Haven't driven it yet to see how much it actually helped.

Set it back to stock tune, I've never driven it stock. Still needs to learn, but it seems to shift a little smoother. Still slipped 3-5, hopefully improves. Did this to see if the tuning is the problem or if its my transmission

Yes, thanks Colm. It sure brought back memories. I worked for a Ford dealer in 69 and 70. We were doing that to new cars back then to seal wind noise and water leaks.

Dealer replacing front ball joints, loose column shifter, tailgate lock & rear power window under warranty. Plus I got a Lincoln MKZ loaner until she is done tomorrow. All for free. I've been having some fun with the MKZ.

Colm-

Any idea of the diameter of the "surgical tubing"? Where can a guy find the stuff (besides the hospital)?

I drove it, put a dirtydiesels decal on the back window and kept wondering what the one drop of oil is from whenever my truck sits

just keep on driving. still -17 / -10 in the mornings - starts and runs no problem. Truck keeps on running well, no drips / drops, misses or hiccups. just stay on top of maintenance and hold the pedal to the metal for a bit whenever i can to keep turbo-supercharger exercised.
