I wonder if that was me? I contacted somebody for that one time because I wanted an explanation. It was a long time ago and I didn't know how reps worked, at the time I thought it might be important.......turned out to be a mistake.

You are exactly correct on all counts my good friend!
There are times when I've got down time but unfortunately I've been absolutely covered up lately.
Fortunately, the other moderators have been fantastic and have been watching my forums for me because I've not even had time to log on to FTE.
