2000 F350 7.3 drive train noise

I have a question , I know it will be hard to tell me exactly what is wrong but I have a rumble noise in my drivetrain, I notice it the most at speeds between 20 to 45 MPH, If I let of the gas peddle it gets quite step back in the peddle it is louder but never really goes away. I have had the rear end rebuild do to the fact that the rear cover rusting thought and not catching it in time. I am not sure if it is in the front end or the rear, I think it is in the front but not 100%, I was wondering if you can help be find out what the problem might be,I really don't want to take it to the dealership. The garage that rebuild the rear said that the drivers side bearing might be going bad at the time he rebuilt the rear, I have had problems with the rear and have taken it back three times for this noise thinking it was in the rear and he keeps telling me it is not the rear, I just don't know at this point. Any help Please. thanks Kelly
