They look like nothing more than fender skirt/guards to me. I'm sure it's attached to the frame where a bumper normally is.

This gets me T. You can be talking to someone, with one of those other trucks, and they say "well it has 270 from the factory and my tuner gives it 200, so I'm pushing 470-500". OK then!
