The Official January 2012 New Jersey Chat & BS Thread

Hi all, I may know some of you from FTW, but I wanted to pop in and say hello, this place seems pretty active, thats good news. I still have my 2003 F250 Superduty, 125+ K miles on her 5.4L engine 6" spring lift, and 37" tires. All is well. Got some issues here and there and about to do a whole new exhaust but other then that things are good.
Was wondering if anybody knows anybody in NJ that has a 1969 Gran Torino fastback that they would rent to somebody for a few days. I have somebody who would LOVE to go for a ride in one, I dont have one, and wanted to see if anybody had one in decent shape
I am starting this research now, so that after winter is over I can hopefully set something up.
thanks, Kenny

Good morning Jersey!
Well...kiddo's have a 2 hour delay today...freezing rain out there...it was very challenging for my near 4 ton Excursion to maneuver out of the development with all the curved roads/etc...I slid my way out...bouncing off one curb gently to re-right my way...thankfully there were NO CARS parked on the street!...and I was going less than 5 mph at the time!!!...Once I got on the main streets...it was much better...Have a great day everyone!
Everyone have a GREAT day!
