Howdy JR, just got back in from plowin 4" of snow

 

only 4" Gerry? That's just "heavy frost". All you need is a broom.

 

the house is 100% livable and in great shape, so nothing major really....only items that will get us more on resale. and make better use of the open spaces

i did notice NY sales tax is on par with the property tax.......HIGH.

Afternoon Jim. Aaron, don't forget to apply for the Star program. That will help for school tax.

 

I had a 05:09 pager wake up call for a tree down blocking one side of the road with electric lines involved. It took almost 2 hours for the electric company to show up with a 1 man crew, and then it took him almost an hour cut the tree off the wires and to reattach the service to both the house and the pole. I did not feel bad sitting in the rescue truck watching him do all of the work while I was keeping nice and warm.
