I have not been too bad. Just sucks that I can not get on at work right now. It looks like part of the site is being blocked for some reason. I can get to just about everything except for the forums or live. But I have been pretty busy with things at work getting end of the year stuff squared away.

How is it going in VA tonight?

 

Quiet down here, Neil. Had a realtor come in today. He's going to give me a CMA in a couple of days. He said the market is starting to pick up. Translation: "we added 6 more listings last week". Cheer up, about 356 days left in the year.
