Speedometer
The speedo is driven by a cable from your C4/C6 tranny. It will enter the tranny on the driver side. If the cable inside the sleeve is dry, it will "bind" and thus not drive the speedo assembly in your dash and stop....sometimes it will sit at 30 when you are at a stop light; sometimes it will not move when you ARE going 30. Sometimes it will "bounce around". Taking the sleeve off at the speedo behind the dash will allow you access to the cable - go to Napa and get some speedo lube and lube the cable and button it all back up....
A CD on F100 repair would be nice, too...like the one I purchased from this site....
