Rental cars are never what they seem... I think they reclassify whatever car they have to the car you asked for... so, if you asked for a full size and all they have are sub-compacts, the sub-compact magically turns into a full size!

 

I think you're right Rob. I'm going to have a chit-chat with the service manager at Woodhouse about that, since I know him pretty well.

 

I've got a full sized car reserved in Vegas... Hertz usually doesn't give me any grief. I'm a gold member, so I get to bypass the counter (and idiot rental agents) and go straight to the spot with my name on it. I hope they accidentally park a Mustang convertible in my spot...

 

You could probably ask for a Mustang from them.
