AMP PowerSteps
I installed some AMP Powersteps on my 2006 F250. Everything works great - it's wired into the door latch for each door so the steps open when the door opens.
I'd like to wire it into the lock mechanism too - so the steps deploy when I unlock the truck (but don't close when I lock the truck necessarily).
Has anybody tried this? Any tips?
