Throttle response

How do you reduce or remove the sluggish throttle responce on a 2001 F150?

I know some chips and some programmers claim to reduce it, but do they really work?

I have tried a hypertech programmer and seen no difference at all.

any other suggestions?

Throttle response

Yes, chips and tuners do increase the throttle response. Hypertech only tunes at near wide open throttle which is why you don't see a big difference. I've got hundreds of customers who can testify to the benefits of a Diablo and Superchips chip. As my wife puts it: I took the truck our "chirping" (the tires).
