I think we use our sliding rear quite a bit especially when backing up with the tint. I like it because more air circulating with the slider and all 4 door windows down. I am personally not one big on AC. Actually what I found was funny was when I replaced the back window on my 88 F150 a slidding rear window was cheaper then the solid? no idea why that was even after buying the new seal.

Yep, always had the solid rear window.
Not 100% sure on the tint... the previous owner owned a construction business and he had his company logo on the back window. I think he had it tinted, but don't remember exactly.
