My biggest rush with getting home was the fact that the dogs were home by themselves and they dont like thunderstorms at all. Once I got home the rain really started to come down as well as some hail. So I had to sit in the truck for a bit.

 

Your truck didn't get damaged did it?

 

Luckily it was very small hail. Maybe pea sized if that so no damage. I looked the truck over very well for that.

 

Good I'm glad to hear that. We got our 04 f150 back from a mechanic and it is covered in hail damage... That is a damned shame because it is a gorgeous truck.

 

One of the cars my mom used to have had alot of hail damage. Insurance covered it. The body shop stopped counting the dents caused by the hail after 200.

 

We have a $1000 deductible on our insurance.. so we are just kinda screwed on this one..

 

That does suck. I have a 100 and a 250 dollar deductible for my truck.

 

Trade ya.. haha.
The sad thing is that is the closest to good luck that I will ever have.. The truck was damaged when we got it back, but at least the motor was running without knocking..

 

Thats a good thing Brandon. The weather weenie said my area of the county saw 4 inches of rain in about 2 hrs.

 

That sounds awesome! I wish we would get that much rain that quick, without the hail though!
