Can somebody tell me if this is gonna work? I put 4 seasoned pork chops in a baking dish, and coverd them in a pepper stir fry. I am thinkin an hour at 350*f, will that be long/hot enough?

Any Cooks on the Augest FTE food network?

 

bake the pork chops for about 1/2 hr first, then add the vegies. cook the rest for an hr.
