What brand plugs go well with the 400. Ive been reading autolites. are the bosch platimnums any good?

here are my specs-
400ci .030 over
mild rv cam
edelbrock performer intake
eldebrock 650 thunder avs off road carb
stock port and polished heads
hooker headers


And what would you also recomend for timing with these specs?
What is stock timing? where do you shoot the timing light at? dial it back or ahead by turning distbutor?
