Recently i have had problems with the driverside head light. I do not have low beam or a day time driving light. It is only on the driver side. I checked the wiring and it is not damaged. I also installed a new light bulb. Any suggestions on what else i can check?

 

Check fuse 7 at the smart junction box (fuse box) on the right side kick panel. It is a 10 amp fuse for low beam. If that fuse is OK and wiring all OK then you may have to replace the smart junction box. Hopefully you just blew a fuse with a bad bulb.

 

I checked all the fuses with a test light and followed the wiring back from the headlight to the main harness and could not find anything wrong. Thank you for the help.

 

Time to take it to someone with hands on then. Dont need to start replacing stuff that isnt bad.
