Bigfoot, what was your trick to keeping the front edge of grill different than black? I want to do my 74 the same way.
First shoot the color of the leading edges. After a thoroughly dry time, mask the leading edges with 1/4-inch fine line masking tape (I use 3M from the autobody supply shop) to protect it and then shoot the background color.

Reason: 'needed to specify masking tape
Looks pretty good. Do you like the clear signal lens better than the orange? I have to get a new right front signal lens and housing, so I figured I would change them both out.

If yer asking me, my rig has clear lenses when I bought it. I like'em better than orange cuz the clear looks better with the theme of my rig.

Dunno if this is directed towards me... the wheels are plain ole steel wagon wheels. I just shot'em with Rusoleum Hammerite Bronze... I wanted a bit of contrast which black wheels would not have provided. Again, goes with the camo /war wagon theme..

I'm running 35x12.5x15 Goodyear Wrangler ATs... the PO put'em on a few miles before he sold it to me. They still had that blue film applied over the letters when I drove it home. I figure I bought a set of tires with an attached 4x4!
