Back up sensor problem

Hello All,

This is my first post so here goes. I have a 2008 F250 4x4 CC 6.4, 34,000 miles. I decided to install a 10" subwoofer in the back of the cab since the factory radio lacks in the bass department. I tapped into the left front and right front speaker wires and connected that to the PAC SOEM-T line out converter (LOC). Tapped into the wh/rd 12+ vt supply wire behind the radio to give a constant 12 V to the LOC. Wired up the rca cables to the amp, the ground, and the power. Finished by hooking up the Remote turn on wire to the amp.

When I plugged the main fuse supplying amp, a large spark occured across the fuse. I figured it was the capacitors charging in the amp so I removed it and re-installed it with no spark the second time.

I go to back the truck out of the garage and as soon as I drop it into reverse, the reverse warning chime will not stop. There was nothing behind the truck so I cleaned off the sensors with some soap water and it still does it. The only taps I made was the four speaker wires and the power supply to the radio. What could cause this? Does anybody have a wiring diagram for the back up sensors and the PAM(The computer that controls the sensors?)?

To try to solve it, I disconnected the rca cables, pulled the main power fuse, and turned the radio off. No luck with that.

I don't have a wiring diagram of a 2008. Autozone has them up to about 2005 or 2006 if you want to see if they are close.

I have to ask though, if you don't have a wiring diagram, how did you know what wires to tie into when you hooked this system up?

I looked on this site before and there was links to common wire diagrams for the 2008. I just couldn't find one for the backup sensors. The speaker one was easy t
o find.
