There could be (3) possible scenarios:

(O) - Key on Engine Off (KOEO)
(R) - Key on Engine Running (KOER)
(C) - Continuous Memory

1. 19 (R): Erractic RPM signal at Idle
2. 19 (O): Failure of PCM voltage regulator. Replace PCM.
3. 19 (C): CID sensor failure

would it be causing this problem? What about my distributor. Should I rebuild that?

 

Try new distributor. If no luck then maybe its a mechanical problem. How does your oil smell? Smell like gas at all?

 

Ok il try that tomorrow. Im gettin tired of throwin money at it with no luck. Yes it smells like gas
